Rodney Joffe
Chairman and Founder
Rodney Joffe is pioneering direct response marketing on the Information Superhighway. In July, 1994, he expanded Whitehat, Inc. Data Processing Services to create the first Internet service bureau to create catalogs and publications on the Internet. This continued his tradition of delivering strategic solutions for direct response marketers.
He previously pioneered the integration of PC and mainframe technology, resulting in the superior service at economical prices for list rental fulfillment, merge-purge processing, and relational database design that Whitehat’s client’s value. His patents and trademarks in the direct marketing data processing include Add-a-Name™ and MaxiQual™.

Patricia Lees Bambridge, CPA, CGMA
Vice President, Corporate Controller
It is with a passion for accounting that Patricia oversees the accounting and financial operations of Whitehat. The history together, since 1990, has been both rewarding and challenging with company relocations, spinoffs and business combinations added to the day-to-day business of accounting. Through all these years, the corporate culture of Whitehat has prevailed, making the company a rare and valuable family.
Patricia’s professional journey to Whitehat began in Ethiopia as a cost accountant with a textile manufacturer, followed by a position as the inventory accountant with an import & export firm. After government accounting with the U.S. Army Security Agency, she expanded her horizons as the Accounting Supervisor at the University of Minnesota Hospitals and then ventured into public accounting. As a Certified Public Accountant, she holds licenses in Arizona and California.
Patricia is involved with several charitable, fraternal and civic organizations as well as serving on the Steering Committee of the CPAs in Industry Section of the Arizona CPA Society.
She enjoys meeting her responsibilities with enthusiasm and thrives on the working relationships she maintains with customers, vendors and staff.

Kevin Finocchiaro
Executive Vice President
Kevin Finocchiaro oversees the day-to-day operations of each of the programming departments, the list rental fulfillment department, and the credit card escrow division. He was instrumental in the set-up, streamlining and customization of the full complement of Whitehat Data Services’ merge-purge processing system, and is continually meeting with
the programming staff to look for ways to improve processes throughout the company. He works closely with Mr. Joffe in running the company.
Mr. Finocchiaro has worked in data processing since 1975, gaining education and experience in virtually every position in the data processing field. He joined Whitehat Data Services in 1985 after working with Prudential Insurance for five years, and Warner Brothers Pictures for five years.
