Place your order over the Internet to meet the tightest deadlines with our online service. We provide secure desktop fulfillment with the ResponSMART, a browser based user interface. This can be found at our secure intranet site http://www.DMtoolbox.com. This system supports multiple users and is available 24 X 7.
This proven engine will support high volume orders and counts, as well as provide for complex special requests by customers. In addition, qualified database operators will be able to run complex queries, and count field reports as well as print these reports and counts at their local printer using Microsoft Office products. The system will be capable of clustering, so that as the database grows the platform will be able to grow as required. MS SQL is capable of housing several 100 million records in a high-speed delivery system. The hardware platform will be based on Intel products that provide redundant processing as well as an ample growth path.
The turnaround and shipment of orders will be the same or better for all types of media, "Same day out to common carrier". Once the list manager approves a list order, the shipment will be delivered through the W.D.S. quality controls, and a tape, Email or FTP will be generated. Also orders sent over FTP will use our own secure FTP server.
